Unfortunately, I haven't been exactly diligent about flipping and turning it regularly. Consequently, it has developed a pretty deep dip in the middle. I went mattress shopping and could not believe the prices I was seeing - a Sterns and Foster double mattress I looked at was over $4,000! A mattress!!! Anyway, I was about to spend ~$700 for a new Serta when someone recommended getting a memory foam mattress pad to extend the life of my mattress another couple years. I checked Bed, Bath and Beyond and their best one was $250 and was not as thick as this one. I am so glad I checked Amazon before I bought it because this one is so much cheaper. I've slept on it for four weeks now and I love it. I folded up an old blanket and placed it across the dip and then I put the pad on top of it. I ordered it on Monday morning and it was delivered to my door Friday afternoon. That was so fast!
I opened it and was surprised to feel how it felt as I used to have a full memory foam system and this topper felt not so memory-foamish...BUT..... when I opened the wrappers and the mattress had a few hrs to absorb the air in all the nooks & crannies the mattress plumped up and I had just as good a night's sleep as my former memory foam system. I highly recommend this product as the price was right! Just give the mattress topper time to plump up! Sweet Dreams!
